The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments and Supplements to the Criminal Code of Ukraine" (re Protection of Public Morality) as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.1340) introduces amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine that establish criminal responsibility for the violation of legislation in the field of public morality, rules of organization and holding of entertaining events, and turnover of production of sexual and erotic nature. The Bill envisages responsibility for organization of turnover of production created with the participation of children that inflicts damage to the public morality.
